If you have a Featurestyle that uses the Features Word "text_fck" it is possible to control the options displayed on the editors toolbar. On the edit Feature Word page, in the Field Spezial 2 you can enter one of three values. "Default" will display the full toolbar, "Basic" displays a nice limited one. Entering "Custom" enables you to choose which tools are be displayed.
